SOFiSTiK T-Beam Philosophy

SOFiSTiK offers a specific approach for T-Beams. Learn more about it in the video from Jürgen Bellmann.

Jürgen explains the workflow and theory behind the SOFiSTiK T-Beam Philosophy based on four different examples.

  • Beam in Slab
  • Real System (Slab and excentric beam)
  • Orthotropic system (Beam Stiffness considered in the longitudinal direction by reduced slab stiffness)
  • Excentric T-Bean Philosophy (Similar to Orthotropic approach but with correction beam for slab)
